Credit Requirements
- Organization must be established for two years or more
- Must complete and sign credit application
- Must provide at least three credit references from the last two years
- Must provide monthly bank statements for the last two years
- Must provide current financial statements if requested
- Insurance coverage on equipment must be in place to close
- Payments processed automatically through secure ACH electronic transactions

How to Apply for a Lease with Peavey Finance
- Submit a completed credit application to us along with a copy of your quote. Make sure that application has been completed in full (no missing phone numbers, account numbers, etc.). Missing information could delay processing time. (Click here to download application)
Majority of product included in your installation must be Peavey gear (at least 75%). We will finance labor and additional items (lighting, etc.) if needed.
- Upon credit approval, PVF will overnight to you a contract and payment schedule. Sign where indicated and return to us.
- Peavey dealer completes the installation and notifies PVF. At this time, you will need to sign a delivery certificate, which states the system is in working order and you are in possession of all the items listed in your quote.
- Once the delivery certificate is signed, your lease becomes active and you will make all ayments directly to PVF (via ACH).
