We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Jireh Supplies. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 15 days. After the 15 day period a store credit will be issued in the form of a Jireh Supplies Gift Card.

Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc, cables, and any other parts.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number. Failure to return a product within the stated return period, or failure to obtain a Return Authorization may result in a restocking fee of not greater than 25%. Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc), and Special Order items which are not normally stocked are not returnable.
