At Jireh Supplies our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter a problem with your order please contact a representative at Jireh Supplies.We will make sure to correct the problem.

Refund or Exchange

101 Day Return Policy

Jireh Supplies wants you to be completely happy with your purchase.If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for an in-house credit, or exchange within 101 days from purchase. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the credit or exchange.

Return Procedure:

If you need to return an item, please contact a representative at Jireh Supplies at 1-800-478-2591 to request an RA (Return Authorization) Number. No Return will be accepted without an RA number.

  1. Return MUST include the RA Number on the outside of the shipping package.
  2. Item must be in like new condition. Item must be in complete original unaltered packaging (including intact UPC Code).
  3. The item being returned must be in a separate shipping box when being returned.Please do not place shipping labels, or stickers on original product box. Please do not write on product package or box.
  4. A copy of the original invoice must be placed in the shipping box with the RA number written on the invoice.
  5. All accessories, cables, manuals, blank warranty cards, etc must be included in the original product package.All accessories must be in like new condition.
  6. We recommend that your insure the package being returned. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Used Products or Gear
  2. Clearance Items or Gear
  3. Books
  4. Software
  5. Special order items.
  6. Discontinued Products, even if it has been discontinued by the manufacturer during the first 101 of purchase
  7. Cymbals
  8. Expendable or Consumable items if they have been open or used such as tape, batteries, reeds, guitar strings, etc.
  9. Any product used at your mouth or ear (personal items) such as headphones, ear buds, in-ear monitors, instrument mouthpieces, microphones, etc.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

  • The item must be in factory-new condition complete with all of the original packaging, manuals and other provided accessories.
  • Product must be in factory sealed never opened resalable condition to qualify for a full credit or exchange.
  • Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit with no restocking fee (customers must pay for return shipping).
  • Items returned in unopened resalable condition will receive a full credit or exchange MINUS cost to originally ship the order.
  • All items (including free or promotional) must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging, and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. If an item is returned with missing contents, the RMA will either be revoked or a 25% restocking fee will be applied at Jireh Supplies’ discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an RA is revoked due to missing components, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to customer.
  • Items returned to Jireh Supplies without communication after 30 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Jireh Supplies.

Exceptions

  • Any products with missing, damaged or altered serial numbers.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included.
  • Any product used at your mouth or ear due to sanitary issues, including but not limited to: headphones, microphones, breath-controlled instruments, earbuds, etc.
  • Any consumable items that have been opened or used such as tape, batteries, guitar strings, reeds, etc. are not subject to return.
  • Any product that includes software.
  • Any software or digital media storage including but not limited to: control CD’s and vinyls, eLicensers and SD Cards regardless if it is opened or unopened.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective:

If an item arrives to you with a factory defect that is abnormal and can be corrected, report that defect within 2 days of your purchase date. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at the sole discretion of Jireh Supplies for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Missing Parts:

All claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 days of delivery of merchandise.

Damaged:

Items arrived damaged due to shipping: Jireh Supplies must be notified with 48 hours of delivery.An claim and inspection will be filed with the carrier and you will be contacted on how to proceed.Jireh Supplies can be reached at 770-338-0999.
